I am not familiar with the DLL file. It may have been installed with some modified driver for your CDROM. I would try to install the most current copy of the CDROM driver from your manufacturer. If this is not available, get the generic version from Windows. Either case, uninstall the CDROM driver.Do a search for this DLL file and see if you can find which directory in the Program Files that it is located. This would tip you to what program that it is related to and uninstall it. If it is in the System files directory (System32), then you are probably looking at a driver issue. If this does not work, uninstall any related software for your CDROM. This would include any buring software or DVD software (whatever type of CDROM you have). Computerpilot
