I recently tried to update the bios for my dfi m/b and since i've done this i can't even boot up the computer. Is there a way for me to return to the old bios or am i screwed. I don't get anything on my monitor help me please.

Normally a BIOS flash program offers to create a backup of the current BIOS before you update to a new version. Obviously you don't have a backup. If you have noted the exact BIOS version number of your old BIOS, you will probably be able to download this working version from the website of your MB-producer. If not, you can ask them for a new copy. They usually send it by mail for no (or low) fees.
