Dell computer. Operating system: Windows 98SE.
Problem: I recently bought a DV camcorder and have
loaded the software as per the instructions and restart
the computer after having made the connections between
the computer and the comcorder. When windows loading it
comes with the message "a new hardware found , windows
is loading the software to run" then the screen freezes
and the following message appears:
Fatal Exception error OE 0028:C1455A37 in VXD APIX(01)+00003227.
I tried many times after deleting the devices from the
device manager still no luck.
Please can any one help me?
