First Boot: It Sits forever and does nothing.
Second Boot: I get this blue screen of death:
A Fatal Exception 0E has occured at 017F:BFF2d140

Third Boot: Will either WORK, or requires a 4th boot so that I may USE my computer.

WHERE is this error occuring? Any ideas/help you can lend to remedy this situation will help sooth the anger I have... it's a new computer I customized myself... hardware i can do... software is pissing me off.
