I recently bought 2 new compaqs with Window
ME. Kept getting kernel errors. The machines were useless. So i formatted and installed 98. Works fine except that the pci bus, ethernet controller, and pci nic wont be recogmized amd i cant find drivers for them ANYWHERE!! Compaqs solution was to reinstall milenium. But ofcourse
