I have Windows 98 se system,but when I go to restart from the start,shutdown,restart it gives me a error that says I did a OE 0187: BFF8CC32 fault. Thank you for your help.

It is helpful when you include statistics regarding your computer. It helps us diagnose the issue a little more quickely. I just took a guess at what you are running.
Get new video drivers on ATI's website for your particular video card. This is most likely what is causing the error message.
