Are you booting off a SCSI drive? I have this problem everytime I run Win Me off the SCSI drive, never had startup trouble off a IDE drive. But am getting the exact same error you do, except that once it's started, it'll run OK (no KERNEL32 Crash).: Problem on virtually every bootup am getting the BSOD, which reads: Error OE: 016F: BFF73F51, & OE: 016F: BFF62808
