Great post Mattias. My problem was with Office 2000 on Windows 2000, but it was easy to adapt your info and find the right registry key. Saved me a ton of hassle. Thanks!

I rebooted & voila, there in front of me was Outlook 2002, finally, without that annoying Error Message. Now I can proceed to learn the darn thing for work. Thank you soooooooooooooooooo much! But screen shots would have been nice! <g>

I went to AskJeeves.com & I simply typed in 'pstprx.dll' & there you were. You & a couple of other people with answers for this insanity. This is wonderful considering I could have just dropped the laptop into Lake Michigan!<g>

Good luck to everyone using this. It worked for me & I struggle with this for 2 days wrecking my poor, delicate brain's mental health, until I Asked Jeeves. Ladies & gentlemen, have a great weekend!!

I wish you could have had some screen shots. I'm not sure if I found the Value data, but I did but a zero where the I-beam was flashing. I hope I did the right thing at this point.
