The .DLL file for the information serviceot be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured. Most info I can find advises making changes in Mail Services, from the Outlook Options tab. Unfortunately the Options choice from the tools menu is greyed out. I have tried to upload a copy of pstprx.dll but cannot locate it anywhere on the web. I doubt this is the solution anyway. Any ideas?

The solution is given in Article Q293058 in the MS Knowledgebase. It involves creating a new profile. It does work!
