I'm having system with following configuration:
System Configuration:
Cyrix 300 MHz CPU
64 MB RAM
1.44 FDD
LG 14" COLOR MONITOR
Motherboard VIA
CREATIVE 40X CD ROM with MULTIMEDIA KIT
180 WATT SPEAKERS
REALTEK LAN CARD 8139
OPERATING SYSTEM WINDOWS 98 SE
Now the problem I'm facing is: I get following message in blue screen comes whenever I try to boot Window or try to install any program or run windows.

A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C0240BF8 in VXD VMM(0E)+ 00001BF8.

What I tried with :
I changed my RAM
I tried to reinstall windows 98 SE in this also it stop on System configuration and give same message.
I tried by changing processor
I tried by changing Hard Disk Drive
I tried by changing VGA card
Now Please suggest my what to do next. Its very urgent.
