Hello... would like to help. It seems to me that you have the eZula virus. You are going to have to clean it manually.1.) Start by doing the regular Uninstall: go to Control panel>Add Remove Programs and remove the program "Top Text".
2.) To properly clean the registry from Ezula links, you need regsvr32.exe. It's installed on every Windows systems, most often found in the System or System32 folder. Find it, and copy it to the Program files/ezula folder.
3.) Open a command prompt (aka Dos window), and go to the Program Files/ezula folder.
4.) Now enter the following lines (hit enter at the end of each line):
regsvr32 -u eZulaAgent.dll
regsvr32 -u eZulaFSearchEng.dll
regsvr32 -u CHCON.dll
%windir%\system\stub.exe -UnregServer
5.) Now restart the computer and delete the following files, before you open an instance of Internet Explorer:
The complete "Program Files"\Ezula folder
\windows\system\stub.exe
ezulaboot.dll and ezulaboot.inf in C:\windows\downloaded programs
Ezula is now completely erased.
Hope that helps. If you cannot find files.. like ezulaboot.dll or ezulaboot.inf -- not to worry. Just means they must have been deleted another way. Good luck.
