Exception in module MSVCRT.dll Post a Reply
From: Ellen on 08/01/2001
I have a software program entitled hp cd-labeler version 2.0. When I try to insert text on the cd label it pops up the window that says: you have performed an illegal operation and when I look at the details, it says: an exception 10H in module MSVCRT.dll has occured. When I click OK, then the program shuts down. It has also given me the error: an invalid page fault in module KERNEL 32.dll. What do these errors means and why does it shut my program down? Is there a way to correct this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still gives me the same errors.

may be a conflict with printer software. try opening printer properties window while running program or updating printer driver.
