this problem is fixed by deleting the file normal.dot rebooting the computer and reinstalling the key for your windows.

Error: 9197: BFF8E64B. I guess I found the solution. I uninstalled Norton 2005 System Works and the problem has never happened again.

Common problem with ATI video cards. However, can also be created with GeForce cards. Install updated driver from ATI's (or your video card) website and the blue screens should stop. Computerpilot
