AMD Athlon T-bird Windows ME issue with three IDE |

I recently bought an AMD Athlon T-bird 900mhz machine, with three IDE controllers on the mother board, the problem is that my Third controller isn't being recognized, anyone know of any issues with this. Windows support says to check the IDE controller listing in the device info, and it appears a driver may be missing but it's hard to tell when I don't know what to look for
