Check your version of symevnt files...the latest version are downloadable from Symantec web site...there are write up on MS web site (Knowledgebase: http://search.support.microsoft.com/kb/c.asp?fr=0&SD=GN&LN=EN-US) regarding your fatal exception fault.

Symantec is the maker of Norton Antivirus, Utilities, Crashguard & System Works, Winfax pro...they all use Live Update.
