 word 2000 Post a Reply

got a virus...ran symatec, norton 2002, and AVG...everthing seams to work correctly again except word...when i open the program it will load and then close as soon as i click the mouse on anything at all...it was also asking for virus scan till i entered a line in my run box recommended on line in referance to word 2000 and norton antivirus...but word still doesn't stay open past one command...any ideas?

Sounds like the virus did what it was supposed to do. You might try an Office 2000 repair (enter CD and choose REPAIR - not reinstall, unless the repair did not work). This should fix your problem.

If it does not, then post back with the full virus name so I can offer specific assistance on how to fix the damage.
