Recently I have solved the same problem of yours. This kind of problem arrouse becasue of faulty Memory chips. You have to replace the memory card from your computer with good memory card. I extremely hope that if you did what i said will surely works out.

: I searched the microsoft database and found an article about it. It said to restart in command prompt only and type this: ren C:\windows\system\shdocvw.dll shdocvw.old I did this and it said: File not found- C:\windows\system\shdocvw.dll
: Is there anything else I can do?? Why would it do this? Did I restore to the point before explorer was installed?? I don't have a cd or books to go with it and PB website sucks. Im pretty much illiterate when it comes to computers so any help would be much appreciated!!! Thanks
