Original Problem Posted by: Jun on 07/28/2004
When receiving emails Eudora goes down into exception mode.
It happens so many time - almost once in between 50 and 100 emails.I need to kill the unprocessed task named Eudora exception
to go back into the status before I load Eudora.
Then I restart Eudora and cancel to recreate TOC files, doing this makes filtering function in the default mailbox unavailable.
I need to allocate and classify those received emails into many
other mailboxes manually.
OS: Windows 2000
Eudora 5.1(J) Jr5-rev2
( Japanese version but I'm very much afraid that it happens under the same version of English one. )
Microsoft Viwer: ON/OFF -> tried both but never solved.
HTML mail -> set to be not active but never solved.
delete all emails in the default mailbox to receive new emails -> never solved.
Recreate TOC files -> never solved.
delete eudora.ini and setup again -> never solved.
The exception.log shows me like this.

I also use Spamnix 1.3.8 but I believe that it does not cause this trouble. I also use Microsoft IntelliMouse. Somebody says IntelliMouse sometimes makes this kinds of trouble. It is true?
Please help me!
