The reason that I’m writing is because I have a lot error on my computer. I have Windows ME and a DSL connection to the internet. These are some of the errors that I receive:· kernel32 caused a general protection fault in module USER.EXE at 0003:00003bab
· error : OE:0187:BFF8E64B
· MSGSRV32 has caused an error in DSKMAINT.DLL SCANDSKW will now close
· Ndetect has caused an error in Kernel32.dll Ndetect will now close
· Explorer has caused an error in USER.EXE
· Filename : WSOCK2(01) + 0000383B error:0E:0028:DAC27F1B
Normally all these errors appear on a blue screen.
The system constantly crashes every time I open a new program and is very unstable .Explorer loads very slow and if I have windows media player open I have to close it for explorer to run faster otherwise it would take forever even when I go to a new link.
I also have Norton SystemWorks 2004 and on the quarantined items there are the following:

I have try to repair them but I won’t do it
I have also try to delete some viruses but it won’t delete them

I don’t know if there is any kind of relation between the errors and the viruses. Please answer me as soon as you can with instructions to follow in order to fix it thank you.
