On a Sony VAIO PCG FXA36 laptop which will not boot up, receiving the following error msg.

INTEL UNDI, PXE-2.0

FOR REALTEK PCI ETHERNET CONTROLLER
PXE-E61: MEDIA TEST FAILURE, CHECK CABLE

But there is no external cable to the Ethernet port.

Any suggestions?
