Error got from the memory dump.

What this mean? I already search the web and still didn't get any straight answer.

This stop error comes intermittently. My Dell 4600 with PERC 3D/i has rebooted before it come to my knowledge. I installed here Windows 2000 with SP3, E-trust antivirus, Excel 2000 and Access 2000. It has 3x36GB harddisk - RAID5, 1GB memory.

Does anyone have an idea what causes this?
