When my PC starts up i get the following error

An Error has occurred. To Continue;

Press Enter to return to Windows,

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL to start your computer.
If you do this you will lose any unsaved information in all open
applications

ERROR : 0E : 016F : 83904390

Press any key to continue

Pressing any key causes the following error

ERROR : 0E: 0028 : C0030D04

PC locks up and has to be switched off and back on, causing the same error to occur.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
