Sorry my first attempt truncated the error message

"Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106, faulting module wininet.dll, version 6.0.2800.1106, fault address 0x0001dc15."

Using Win XP with SP1 - Office XP with SP1 & 2
Over the last couple of week, despite not adding any new additional software I am getting the above error when I try to open Windows Explorer. The only way I can search for files is to open Internet Explorer and then change the address to C: from http://
Can anyone help?
