Original Problem Posted by: Max on 01/29/2003
I have recently upgraded to XP Pro and now when I try to play at my Internet Scrabble Club my mouse freezes and the system shuts down and restarts. The same thing happens at POGO when I try to play Poppit a balloon game. I never encountered these problems when I was running Win 98SE.

I checked the error log and it mentions that the source is True Vector which I believe is Zone Alarm the firewall I use and have always used.

I even tried disabling ZA but the problem still occurred. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance
