Can someone tell me in technical detail how this error code OE at 0164:EFF453D can lead anyone to know what is wrong with my system?
I read about the codes and understand the 0E part but the other part is just a area in memory where the program crashed or tried to access memory.
Wouldn't programs move around depending on what I am running at the time? Why would one error code always come up, and is it always exactly the same or would it change a little every time?
Is the code where it stopped or a memory location that is protected memory?
If you know of a good link for info, please post it, thank you.
