I have been running Windows XP Professional for some time now. Whenever I even click or try to open an AVI/DIVX file with any program other than the DIVX player, Windows Explorer totally crashes. I get the "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvienience." Microsoft wants me to give them money just to get an answer to the question, so I don't know what to do. Otherwise, my computer runs great

My computer is an AMD Athlon 2700 (2.25GHz Quantispeed) with 1024MB of DDR400 running Windows XP Professional. This also occurs on my other computer which is a Pentium III 850MHz with 1024MB of PC133 SDRAM and is running XP Pro as well.
